With our Triathlon™-based large-scale PCR amplification service, Vandalia Research performs a single PCR amplification reaction using the template and primers provided by the customer. Upon project completion, Vandalia Research will provide you with the following:

  • QA/QC of DNA using CCD camera (agarose gel picture provided)
  • OD taken at 260/280 nm
  • Sequence confirmation by off-site sequencing center
  • Other QA/QC measures available by request
