On Thursday, April 6th, Vandalia Research, Inc. sponsored a "Best Practices" workshop at the Biotechnology Institute's Education Conference in Chicago. The focus of the workshop was be a demonstration of the Mystery of Lyle & Louise, a suite of hands-on forensics laboratory kits, currently under development by Vandalia Research.

The product manager for the suite, Joe Hughes, and Steve Beckelhimer, Science Department Chair at Cabell Midland High School in Ona, WV, traveled to Chicago to present the first module of the suite, "DNA Typing". Read the press release.
