RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties, including accounts payable and receivable, shipping and receiving, purchasing, answering the telephone, and greeting guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking an administrative professional. This person should have a high energy level, strong time management and analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Lastly, this individual must have an entrepreneurial personality, along with the interpersonal skills and temperament to operate in a relatively entrepreneurial environment.

SPECIFIC REQUIRMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in front office/clerical position (high technology / healthcare company experience preferred).
  • Superb communication, management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles – bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.
  • Experienced user of QuickBooks and Microsoft products.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Team player; ability to function and flourish in a "hands-on" environment.
